My poor daughter

She has the stomach flu. She looks so wan and pale sleeping on the couch. For tonight she is on the Gatorade® diet.

We saw the doctor this afternoon. I just wanted to make sure it was not something else.

3. I had that a couple of days ago.

I couldn't move, couldn't fall asleep.... It was awful. The good news is that 2 days later it's almost completely gone.

5. sorry to hear that.

I had an incredible virus when i was in (3rd?) grade that kept me out of school for weeks (and had me dropping weight rapidly). They couldn't cure me, but I eventually healed up after my mom-dukes fed some meals of boiled, skinless chicken breast and white rice (which was promptly thrown up every time, but I was keeping just enough down to regain strength and heal).

6. When the stomach flu hit my house

we would all be sick within hours of each other.....

ahhhh memories of us sitting at the table with blankets wrapped around us and various
receptacles in our laps for.... well.... you know.....

hope she feels better...

and I hope you don't get it!!!!
