4. Courtney Love and Hole's "Live Through This."
Most people hate me for what I have to say about this, but as a huge fan of Nirvana, Kurt, Smashing Pumpkins--an obsessive fan of all of them, all of the CDs, bands, peformances and vault-leftover recordings, I still believe to this day that Courtney Love's album "Live Through This" is the one album that will be remembered if this sorry earth survives another decade.

17. HOLE
"Live Through This" is one of my favs. I still listen to it. My fav band, is a band out of New Jersey called "THURSDAY" They give me something to believe in and they are seriously under-rated.
Geoff Rickly, the lead singer of the band, is an amazing songwriter and performer.

9. dexys midnight runners
They were just a one hit wonder in the states, but bigger in the UK. Still, a group that put out 3 amazing and very unique albums and always went their own way, no matter what was "cool" at the time.

Also, the boo radleys - better and more interesting than blur or oasis.

He is a true original! Here he is putting his special touch on Dylan's Highway 61 Revisited.
