Question about myspace blogs

If someone has deleted you as a friend, but their myspace is set to private, how does a person stop getting notifications of every single new blog? Ugh. It's like rubbing salt in the wound. :-(

I do not want to know ever single time they write something...

please tell me how to make it stop!!!

1. try this
go to "manage blog" from your home page.
then go to "my subscriptions"
then remove them from your list of blogs
