I can't watch my kid play for long, or I get nauseous. And I can barely play them for more than a minute or two.

Does Dramamine work on that?

2. I never watch them.
My son plays them, but I can't stand them. The noise, the graphics...too much.

:hi: GoG! How's your cough?

3. It's still pretty intense,
though it's much improved over Friday. I was able to get through my gig Saturday night at least. But now my kid has caught this stuff. :(

I'm taking the day off today to tend to him and see if I can't recuperate a little. Thanks for asking!

4. I think I had the same one over Christmas.
It was terrible. But Delsym helps, a lot. If not, you might ask the doc for some phenergan with codeine. The drug of choice for bad coughs. Works wonders. Side effect - it knocks you out!!!!

6. Fortunately, I had most of my shopping done. My husband
was helping out a friend and installing a tile floor for her, so I had to send TM out quite a bit to finish up. It was a kick-ass cough/respiratory thing.

7. I get motion sickness trying to watch NBA highlights.
Can't do it. Can't watch the kids play video games, either.

When I went to see Cloverfield yesterday, I got to the front of the line and there was a sign that said something to the effect that people who tend to get dizzy from shaky camera should sit near the rear. I decided to wait for it to come out on HBO, so I can turn it off without blowing the extra ten bucks...heh.

8. I wonder if Dramamine or those wrist magnets help...
My kid had a game called Ecco the Dolphin that was so cool...but I could never play it for more than a few minutes before I'd feel sick again.

11. Yeah, some wish they had saved their money
"I'm really nauseous right now - just hold on for a second," Erika Hasegawa, 32, told the Los Angeles Times as she staggered out of a screening of Cloverfield and retched into a rubbish bin. "I wish I could get my money back."

15. Mr GoG gave me Q-Bert a few years ago...
And the first few levels were like the classic arcade version, so I was ok. Then it changed to the newfangled 3-D graphics and I had to quit. :-(

12. No, I only get sick on a boat or recently I got sick in a car when somebody else drove.
Edited on Mon Jan-28-08 02:09 PM by CGowen
I was searching something on my cell phone and looking down, without seeing what was happening outside and the curves did it for me.
