The dogs have gone back to bed ... NOT FAIR!
They got up, went outside, had a drink of water and a few crunchies of food. Now they're both in MY bed (yeah, as IF) looking at me like I'm a freaking nutjob for being up and moving around. :grr:

There's just something wrong about being totally exhausted and truly FORCING yourself to get up and get to work ... and having the pets lounge comfortably in bed, heads on YOUR pillows, and watching you like you're disturbing their rest.

1. Freaking dogs....
Mine do the same thing!

I have to be up at 5:30 and they insist on being walked and fed before I even get in the shower. By the time I get out of the shower, they are all in bed with Mr MB, quietly snoring and the little rat terrier will peek at me with one eye as if to say "Hey, keep it down"

2. Haha!
Thank GOD I don't have to walk them - I just open the door and let them out. But yeah ... I have to do it before anything else too or the Min Schnauzer WILL piss on something. My dog, a lab mix, would never think of doing anything other than simply waiting for me to let him out. (the Min Schnauzer isn't mine, just a dog I've ended up stuck with for a few months now, that came with NO training whatsoever.)

6. It's the little one who will tag the carpet
if I try to do anything before walking her. I don't even get to go the the bathroom before her(anything to protect the Tabriz carpet). Actually, this morning as I came downstairs with her racing in front of me - she ran into the kitchen, saw the basement door open and scooted down to pee in the wine cellar :banghead:

She is lucky I love her to pieces. She is a rescue that I got in September and is at least somewhat trained now. She would go anywhere she pleased when I got her.

3. Man, I hear you. I was up all night with horrible, horrible
cramps. Got up at 6 to get the kids off to school, let the dogs out, etc and they are sleeping and I am working.

Not fair. Not fair at all.

4. omg...
I am sooooooooooo sorry! I know intimately how HORRIBLE it is to not sleep all night because of serious pain. I didn't sleep last night for CRAP myself, but at least it wasn't pain related.

5. Thanks. It was bizarre in its sudden onset and severity.
About 4AM I would have killed for a narcotic. The joys of womanhood.
