I love my family
Yesterday I helped my aunt and uncle move into their new home. They bought a place just a few blocks away from me. It's a beautiful home, a big 4 bedroom ranch with a full basement. My job was to help my uncle move all of his woodworking stuff down to the basement where he is going to set up his shop. That guy has more tools than Tim the Tool Man. My muscles are aching today, but I really enjoyed the time spent with my folks there and I was happy to help him out.

While my uncle, cousin, and me were busy with the basement, my mom, aunt, grandma and another cousin were setting up the kitchen. My mom brought some homemade cookies over and when we would take breaks we would sit around eating them and talking. It was a happy time that I will fondly keep in my memory.

I hope that some day I will be able to afford a place like that. I live in a small, one bedroom condo. But now with my aunt and uncle living so close to me, I will at least be able to enjoy their home more often.

5. Sounds like a great day. Moving loved one can be a bonding experience.
I know - I just helped to move my parents out of a big house. It was hard work but a good time. And now my parents are settled and happy. With fewer responsibilities/worries than before.

Glad you are close to those you love.

And a wise one for appreciating it. :)
