but I do turn my computer off at home at night and when I am not using it such as during the day. Saves a lot of electricity and also probably extends the lifetime of some of the hardware components. As a bonus it also makes it less likely I'll be "jacked in" and find myself doing more productive or fun stuff instead.

i don't know what kind of help you got, meds or what, but maybe you should contact whoever is helping you if it is really getting bad.

i know that i've had some really freaky times with meds, i'm an obsessive worrier and have a lot of anxiety and am depressed. it doesn't take much to send me into the abyss.
