Trader Joe's Chunky Peanut Butter.
I just tried this and it's super watery. So watery that it doesn't stay on a butter knife properly.

Nor is it chunky. :\

Color me disappointed.

It is the nasty.

3. It's that "natural" stuff, right?
If you just opened the jar, you have about a week before it dries out to the point where it becomes impossible to remove from the jar without the aid of plastic explosives.

Usually they do excellent work. They still haven't mastered buttering their nuts, though.

5. I don't use the chunky but I love the smooth.
We keep our PB in the fridge anyway, so I guess it's better if it's a little thinner.

7. I'll try to refrigerate it.
It's pretty unappetizing in it's runny form now.

10. Did you mix it all up?
If the oil "separates" it does get runny up near the top of the jar.

13. you have to stir it up pretty well
I like that kind of peanut butter best. And you have to keep it in the fridge. You can't get that kind of peanut butter here, so count yourself lucky that you at least get the chance :/
