So I'm buying my first Indoor Grill - any suggestions on what to get?

3. Get one with removable grill plates.

MUCH easier to clean. I use mine much, much more often since I switched to one with removable grill plates. George Foreman makes one like that, and so does Hamilton Beach (that's the kind I have).

5. Get one with a lid. Otherwise grease goes flying everywhere.
