YAARGHHHHH!
I have a hair inside my ear canal, resting against my ear drum.

Every time my heart beats, it goes click, click, click inside my ear.

It is driving me nuts!

2. Never mind, I got it.
q-tip soaked in alcohol.

I tried a dry q-tip before, but it didn't work.

Necessity is the mother of invention!
