I have them too, so I know how awful they can be.

Hang on, and hang in. Do you take medication for it? I do, but occasionally I will have a "break through" attack.

I'm sending you a boatload of good vibes, and hope you get over this one really soon.

Please make an appointment with your physician. My best friend has panic attacks and she would cling onto me and I would feel so helpless. I hope you feel better.

there are any number of things to get upset and panicky about any second of the day. From the little I've seen on here, you're a trooper. I had a good little bout of being pissed/depressed earlier - it's mostly gone away.... I just had to not worry about what I was worrying about (easier said than done, I know)

23. I was house bound for 2 years with panic attacks,
This was quite some time ago, because I had never heard the word "panic attacks". One day , while I was listening to a "ask the doctor"show on talk radio, a lady called in with my exact symptoms!! Here, I had thought that I was slowly losing my mind. Suddenly I had a name for what was wrong with me !!! Didn`t have the internet then, but went to the local library and found a wealth of information!! I called a phychiatrist that had treated my little boy years before night terrors. Made an appointment, he perscribed Xanax to take when I would leave my home and have to face the challenge of my attacks. Within 3 months I could go to a grocery store and write a check for my purchases. MAJOR accomplishment for me! I still keep a perscrition of Xanax "just in case", but I rarely feel those horrible little twinges of attack anymore. This all happened when my son was about seven, we still recall those bad old days, and we`re very grateful for these panic free days. Hope this helps, in some small way. I`ve never shared this story with many people. Please realize that this is very condensed version of what I went through, but, there is a light at the end of that very long, very dark tunell. I`m wishing you all the best. But most of all I wish you peace from such a cruel tormenter as panic attacks!

In this wonderful economy Ive lost my house my wife has been in and out of the hospital I have elevated cholesterol and my dog doesn't like people. But you will never see me without a smile. I hope you feel better soon.
