7. One of my mom's "growin' up poor in Oklahoma" stories involved meals
with squirrel brains as the main course. Needless to say, that perspective made Hamburger Helper taste like the best thing the world.

Hey, sweetie.

10. dude!
Does that work? I have been banging my head thinking what I can deep-fry.

My akita bit a hole in my big bottle of vegetable oil and I responded by putting bottle in deep-fryer. All I could think of were french fries.

:hi:

12. I dunno.
It seems one can deep fry just about anything at this point. Probably have to be wrapped in a couple tortillas so it doesn't soak through.

Actually, now I'm thinking more of a donut type of a thing, stuffed with the chili, then deep fried. Chili donuts.

8. Smoked Spanish paprika

It'll add a hot, smoky flavor and your chili will turn out the best!
