Medical procedure at 8am this morning... wish me luck
going for a colonoscopy... the only day I can think of to have this done that would be more appropriate would be on election day in November :evilgrin:

and dummy me should have ordered a few rolls of this to use yesterday during the pre-procedure cleansing process...

7. all done!
1 5mm (3/16") sissle polyp, 99.9% chance of it being benign, it was removed and sent to pathology.

bit loopy after procedure, but that's passing.... bummer...
