MountainLaurel was in town a few months ago to see family, and Oktoberain and i had the chance to hang around with her for a few hours! I hadn't realized before then that she was an alum of WVU (where Oktoberain and i are students). I know there are another few DUers here in Morgantown WV, but we have as yet not gotten the opportunity to meet them.

Oeditpus Rex and i usually talk on YIM a couple of times a week... often at really weird hours, when i'm suspecting the entire rest of the country is asleep.

My wonderful friend nuxvomica (Thanks, Joe...:hug:) turned me on to DU and he learned about it from morningtheft and another guy who I've also met, whose sn escapes me, since the two of them rarely post.:shrug:

And I have met Cooley Hurd (who I currently live with :hug:), FarLeftRage and noexcuseforgeorge through DU, are all great people, and LoveMyCali, one of my best friends in the world, who joined after I kept sending her DU threads, LOL, in honor of my birthday, got nuxvomica to post a birthday thread for me, so she could surprise me, so I gave her a star, a month later, for hers.:hug:

And I also know jeni-b and marandric, though they rarely post, anymore, but they are also kindred spirits.:-)
