Anybody know how to use Microsoft Access
I'm creating a list of members of a group. Each member has multiple phone numbers. EAch member has multiple email addresses.

I want to create a form to enter/display a member and on the same phone display/enter email addresses and phone numbers.

I want membership information (name, address etc.) at the top, then columns of email addresses and phone numbers down below.

The Wizard and documentation are both fucking useless.

Ideas?

1. Basic place to start
two tables - the first one stores member ID and single ID (membership join date, member #, address, etc). Second table is linked to the first on a key that you create, or use the unique member ID. This table has multiple rows per member, if necessary. On your form, have your member info on top as stated, then below, create a sub-form that loads the rows of info that you want to display (sub-form info can be a query off the main form info, based on that unique ID). There's kind of a lot too that, and I didn't go into much detail, but it might give you a place to start. www.experts-exchange.com is a good place to look around, and I can give you a book rec if you don't find any good tutorials on using sub-forms. Good luck!

2. I started with the NorthWind sample database. It has an example
of a subform where the invoice shows the ordered items. This is exactly what you'll need.

There is a subform wizard ... did you find that useless?
