So, I'm trying to make some soft pretzels.
Saw Alton Brown make them last night and they looked so damn good, I had to try.

The dough is rising now.

One problem, I don't have pretzel salt, none at the store, have to use kosher salt. Not a huge deal, first time trying. Found some online suppliers but they also sell other wonderful spices that I will end up buying too. Damn.
