My Dad

I posted about my dad last night. They took him to the hospital.

He has pneumonia and a bladder infection. He is still not very rational, maybe because of lack of oxygen earlier. My mother is worried that he will have to go to a nursing home.

That is all they can tell us for now. My dad is 82.

6. I hope he can get some rest and his immune system and the medication

will be able to zap his infection, and he won't have to go to a nursing home.

to both of them now. The meds should kick in soon and as he
responds he'll feel much better. (So will your mom.) Hey, i'm almost
that age and know how it feels. The thought of going to a nursing home
if scary even if it's only a temporary stay. Wishing you all the best. z
