It's costing me 9.95 per day to connect while at this hotel but I just can't stay away. I need an intervention!

(But in my defense, I would have hundreds of email messages in my box when I got home if I did not check it).

1. Dang, what a rip-off.

The last two hotels I stayed at had free wired internet, and $5 wifi access for the whole stay, respectively.

I don't mind chipping in a few bucks extra to cover the costs, but that's nuts.

5. I am staying at a pretty fancy place too.

It has marble in the bathrooms! You'd think wi-fi would be free, but maybe they do not need to compete with the Holiday Inns, etc.
