1. That wrestling diva thing was strange
I mean, there's only so much you can do. There's not a particularly wide range of options.

Is Chris immune?

2. No more immunity. I think they vote the last one off tonight
and the rest go on to Bryant Park.

I wish they had a chance to actually make some real clothes for once!

3. Some of the jeans things were cute
Edited on Wed Feb-13-08 08:40 PM by LisaM
I especially liked those jeans with the sleeves as legs. I was really glad Victoria got voted off because she stole extra pairs of jeans from Chris and admitted she did it because she was so competitive (in fact, I didn't think having to run through that warehouse was fair to Chris at all - sure, he is overweight, but what if he had a different disability?)

4. okay, my new prediction
Chris will win and then Frau Klum will reveal that Christian is actually a professional designer already... he was a red herring.

I didn't know they had done this in the past until I read about it on Salon.

this is killing me cause I HAVE TO do something and I've procrastinated too long, so I'm gonna try to make a web page and watch at the same time. :/

5. technically they are all professionals
Most of them do make a living at being a designer...they are just wanting to go up to the next level.

12. yeah,
but I mean in the context of this show.

Maybe I'm just watching interactions based on what I "predict," but esp. tonight Christian seemed sort of provoking. maybe? the others are always complaining about him.

and I think he's very talented... and as said in the post, he gives good tv.

just have to wait, I guess...

14. and another thing...
Rami and Chris both got into the finals. if Christian is a plant, that would make sense too.

I loved the moment when Christian was getting the model ready and sprayed her hair a little bit, but sprayed his A LOT!

I think Jillian has been the most consistent contestant.

6. I can't believe that Ricky didn't cry
Or that he is a lingerie designer. What kind of lingerie designer can't do a skin tight wrestling outfit?

He cries at the drop of his hat and then on the show where he gets booted not one tear.

9. That's so funny you should mention that: We noticed the exact same thing!
he was always crying and yet, when he got voted off, he was Strong, like Bull. :D

7. I'd like to see Ramey do something different than draping
talk about "jumping the shark"....:eyes: the man is talented, but he keeps doing the same sort of thing.

I really like Christian, his attitude, his brash confidence, his talent. He gives good TV.

11. She should have been sent home weeks ago IMO
Most of her designs look plain and poorly sewn to me.

13. his work is stunning
imo. but within the parameters they receive, he HAS played it totally safe. nevertheless, I think he would be great working in a house with a sort of speciality so that he can play with all kinds of draped stuff.

10. I think I read a spolier for it in the Globe on Saturday...
And watching now, it looks like they were right, based on the Judge's comments. Hm.
