I've been here quite awhile and have many friends I cherish, and I assume it's the same for most of them. They may have only $5 or $10 to donate, or nothing at all, so I'm certainly not going to feel slighted — or impressed — by the number of hearts I get, or anyone else gets.

I know who my real friends are, and they don't have to whip out the plastic to reaffirm our friendship.
