I posted this here in 2004 and quite a few people joined in. Gave me a good laugh and I actually squeezed a piece out of it for my weekly newspaper column. Maybe it's been done since here, but maybe not.

It's simple: Just post in the subject line a pair of movies that would make you laugh out loud if you saw them together on a theater marquee. Could be old or new (but should be reasonably familiar).

A few examples:

"The Babe Ruth Story" and "Batman"

"Five Easy Pieces" and "With Six You Get Eggroll"

"Charley's Angels" and "Good Luck Chuck"

"Rosemary's Baby" and "Young Man With A Horn"

"The Seventh Seal" and "Flipper"

"Hamlet" and "Pygmalian" (takes a few seconds)
