Breakfast food paradox: Bacon vs Sausage
How come bacon renders more fat than a sausage patty?

The point of cooking it is to get rid of some of the fat.

So how come there is more bacon fat in the pan when the bacon is cooked than when I cook a fresh sausage patty.

Deep scientific and philosophical thoughts on Friday morning. :silly:

13. Relax dude
I live in the country and I have both a smoker and a Weber.

It's just that I often don't need either since I usually cook for myself.

12. Wrap your sausage with bacon
that way the sausage fat gets cooked into the bacon, and you have a tasty lethal breakfast option
