Best Amusement Park French Fries

That's my answer, and I'm sticking to it.

1. Greasy, soppy french fries. served in a paper cone. Doused with malt vinegar.

From just about every county fair I ever went to growing up.

Man they were good.

Served such a greasy, sloppy gastric bomb like that in a regular restaurant and you'd refuse to touch them and probably walk out.

But maybe there's something about walking around in the broiling sun while subjecting yourself to negative G-Forces, 4H beasts and sawdust that brings out some primal food lusts.

4. Somehow they managed to get them almost as good at

Idlewild and Lake Compounce, Kennywood's sister parks.

and give me some battered deep fried oreos! YuM!
