4. I cook it really slow and add water about halfway up
the depth of the steak. I'm one of those people who likes their steaks well done.

The water cooks it inside and gives it plenty of moisture. As the steak starts to cook, I turn it up and the water cooks out of it until it's frying at the end. My steaks come out moist and juicy and fucking delicious.

Then again, I am one of those people who prefers my steak well done.

5. Mine is pretty damn good....
1 1/2 inch thick NY Strip, grass fed. A Little sea salt and olive oil, grilled over a HOT flame so that it chars the outside. 6 minutes a side. Perfectly rare.

8. New York Strip or T-Bone, Corn-fed
grilled over hot coals with a few water-soaked corn cobs thrown on the fire to add smoke. A pat of butter on top after grilling.
