Can you get high from a Vitamin B complex supplement?

I've been taking them for a couple days and I have so much energy it's freaky. What haven't I been eating that a vitamin pill would make such a huge difference in energy level?

1. You can never go wrong with dark leafy greens...

and liver is chock full of B12, but I wouldn't eat it if you paid me
