Poll question: Who's the biggest asshole?

There is no doubt that all of the following people are Grade A Prime Assholes. The question is, who's the biggest, assiest hole of them all? The one that makes all the others look like mere dingleberries? I'm not counting right-wing talking heads, because let's face it--Rush Limbaugh is the Asshole King and Anne Coulter is his ugly, yellow, stickbug-like Queen. So instead, we'll focus on the slightly lower-level assholes.
