and I'm checking it out. no irish coffee, but I'm using a pair of mother-of-pearl inlaid opera glasses from 1900s Berlin that I found at a flea market there. in the original case. I only take them out for special occasions. this is one.

13. Just went out and stood on the sidewalk in front of my house in my bathrobe and jammies

and watched for awhile. But it's only 1 above zero, too cold to be standing outside in one's jammies, so I didn't last long. I'll pop out again in a few minutes.
