MUST HAVE this office 'chair'.
This could give the term 'punching out' a whole new meaning.

An interesting piece of furniture too add to your office is Motoart's B-52 Ejection Office Chair. The sporty red leather upholstery with detailed painted handles and powder coated metal base add a touch of aviation fantasies to the workspace. Picture this, you are stuck in this really boring meeting…and your hand reaches for the ejection switch and you get transported to your fantasy world! Fantasies aside, Motoart is a company that transforms fuselage and plane parts into interesting furniture, fittings, fixtures and accessories. They even have transformed the nose of a Boeing into a reception desk.

1. I couldn't find the price of the chair
But I'll bet it's a bargain compared to when it was new. Even a normal office chair sold to the government from a no-bid supplier would cost around $10,000.

2. I've always assumed that those expensive chairs really cost $1000 and the other $9K
went to a black budget somewhere. Hey, CIA's gotta eat too!*

* and overthrow leftist democracies around the world of course.

The Pentagon Catalog: Ordinary Products at Extraordinary Prices

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/images/0894800361/sr=8-3/qid=1203607667/ref=dp_image_0/104-4962581-4552705?ie=UTF8&n=283155&s=books&qid=1203607667&sr=8-3

I got a copy that had the free $2,043 bolt still attached.

And seriously, I'm sure a small portion does go to the black helicopter guys but the majority goes to lobbyists, nieces, nephews and other family members of senators and congressmen who go to work for these defense contractors (payback for receiving a no-bid contracts) and get paid $60 to $80k a year to sweep the floors or pick-up those $2k bolts off the floor.
