True Story:

a friend of my father had a life long dream of opening a pizza/grinder/sub place. Finally got the money together, found a great location, fixed it up real nice, room to expand if/when needed... everything was perfect - except for the name

the guy named it after himself - Burnhart's Pizzeria (think about it)

another true story:

many many years ago, driving to Rhode Island to go to the beach, we got off the main highway due to much construction and other delays, decided to take one of state routes through Connecticut. Pass a little diner type restaurant, pretty beaten up looking and with the name of SAM and ELLA's DINER... I didn't wonder why it wasn't all that busy
