4. Mile 11 Richmond marathon 11/10/07

The guy in front of me is talking to the bike cops about something. The cop says something about an ambulance being a couple miles up the road. The women (there were just three of us) on my right asks him what the problem is--he turns to answer and I see that he is bleeding through his shirt from his nipples. As she helped him with some tape I ran on.

I have my nipple tape in the frame with my medal and my training program.

Nipple tape. A must have.

plus I have a bit of a tape thing going on . Training for th emarathon I taped up EVERY DAY for the last 3 weeks or so. I got really good at it too.

15. A very creative solution!

I find that my nipples are little sore after running a 10K, I can completely imagine that your nipples may be bleeding after 42K. If I ever get up to attempting a marathon, I'll have to remember this tip...or just run shirtless. :)
