Mrs_cpu watches "How Clean is Your House" on the BBC
It makes me gag.

:puke:

She doesn't just watch it. She DVRs it.

2. Those houses are absolutely repulsive!
:puke:

I can't believe people let their houses get in such sad shape.

But Kim and Aggie do have good suggestions for low cost cleaning alternatives (like nukiing a lemon slice or two in a bowl of water to clean out the microwave.)

4. It's not too bad after the first 15 minutes
It's the same with "Kitchen Nightmares". I love the last 45 minutes but the beginning makes me sick.

6. Oooh... I've never heard of that lemon trick.
I may start recording this show, too!

7. Do it so it boils for a
couple of minutes then let it sit and really steam up the inside. The dirtier the longer the "soak."
It works too. I have some regular porcelain oventop cleaner for the inside of my microwave, but it doesn't work any better than the lemon water.
