Yay! Pepco misread my meter
I had almost triple my kilowatt hours on my last power bill and I was confused so I called Pepco. They said all they could do at that point was have them re read the meter so I thought A) someone has been plugging something in to my outside outlet or B) one of my appliances is dying. I just got this months bill and have no payment with about a months worth of credit left. They must have misread it because the actual number reading is LOWER than the last bill. Woohoo! I don't need to buy anything new. :)

The small down side was I was starting to wonder if they sell refrigerators in bright red which would be cool, but I don't really have the $ for one unless mine just died.
