They're selling the house on April 1st. We knew it was coming, but now we can actually set dates and have a semi-coherent plan to get out of here.

Not real happy about the entire circumstance, though. :scared:

What complicates the logistics more than somewhat is that we've decided to move to Canada, and we'd prefer that I have a job lined up there before doing anything. Keep your fingers crossed.

3. I`ve been there and it`s not a happy place to be.

We managed a re-fi at the last minute, but it was a very scary time for us.The uncertainty of everything was just overwhelming. Still battling the crushing depression that set in at that time. I hope things go well for you. Will keep you in my prayers.

Sorry you went thought it. We're looking at maybe a deed in lieu of foreclosure, if it'll keep the damage off our credit reports, but that's about it. We're not keeping the house.
