Has Anyone Read The "Twilight" Series By Stephanie Miller?
I'm just getting around to reading it right now. My fiancee gave me the books. I finished the first book, Twilight, in a day and now I've moved on to the second book, New Moon, and I'm about 200 pages in.

These books are fantastic. They're young adult, and kinda girly (since they're from a teenage girl's perspective) but I think they're terrific and very engrossing.

The fact that it deals with vampires kinda helps make a 29-year-old guy like me get through it a lot easier.

Anyone read this series?

it's about this teenage girl from Arizona who moves to Washington state (where it's rainy and not a lot of sunlight) and meets a vampire boy at her high school who she falls in love with.

The vampire boy is named Edward Cullen and he's an amazing character.

They're making a movie about it. It'll be coming out in December. I can't wait.

5. I read the first book in the series
My teenage daughter is *obsessed* with this series and pleaded with me to read the first book so that I'd see why she loves it and the other so much. I found it to be quite a page turner but didn't feel moved to read the others. Stories about vampires are not really my thing. :) But I can see why someone might be into the books. My daughter is also totally excited about the movie and has been tracking the casting decisions very carefully. I think this author is onto something! :hi:

8. I read them
and loved them! But her name is Stephenie Meyer, not Miller. Her fourth book should be out in August, I just checked her website, and she is making a movie out of Twilight. I think I read all three in a week, hated to put them down!! Each one gets better! :hi:

10. Have you read any of the
Anne Rice vampire books? The first four or five are good, then I lost interest. She brought in too many new characters and I couldn't keep up.

12. i saw the movie
I don't really have an interest in those though. I like the aspect that this deals with teenagers, which is odd, becasue I tend to despise teenagers.
