Has anyone seen or heard from LaraMN?
I was just thinking about JackMN the other day, and it occurred to me she hasn't been on in quite a while.

3. Hey you!
Did'ja miss me?!

:D

:hi:

I'm not on DU as much this semester, as I have day classes (as opposed to my usual evening schedule) and I'm working (doing an internship).

I'm just loooving :eyes: my weekend; I have a severely sore butt cheek due to the fact that I got a nasty shot the other day to treat my fifth freaking occurrence of strep throat this year. Bleh.

How are you and the fam?!

4. Woa.. That's kinda freaky...
...I'm thinking of starting a post that reads, "Has anyone seen or heard from my million dollar check?" The spousal unit took Sergi to get a haircut the other day, and as is always the case, I bring up how "cool" Jack looks with long hair and how we should let it grow. Of course, I get over-ruled. Just wondering how things were going is all. I'm on DU much more than I should be, considering my load this term. But, I'm only 4 classes away, three if you count the one I'm taking now, so I'm almost there. Unfortunately, at this point, I'm pretty much so sick of school it's hard for me to get excited about it. Last term, I completely "phoned it in". And 2 B's later, my GPA is now down to 3.78. Meh. I only need a 3.5 to get into Grad school.

5. So you have one more semester after this one?
That's where I'm at as well; 3-4 more classes this fall, and then I'm done.
I must see new kiddo pics! Supply! Vega must be getting big.

Last week my mom caught Jack in the midst of dismantling our humidifier so that he could drink out of it.

Never a dull moment...

6. Well, at University of Maryland here on base, they do terms...
...And each term is 8 weeks long, with 5 terms a year. It allows someone to finish a bachelors degree in 3 years, although it's very, very intense. I've been going full-time (Which, on a regular semester schedule, would be like 21 hours a semester) for 2 and a half years now, in addition to work, and family and all the stuff that goes with that. I have a programming class I have to take, College Math, and Statistics. And then I'm done!!!!

The kiddlets are doing wonderfully! Sergio has learned how to "escape" from his room now, and has already fallen down the stairs once in the middle of the night. I would just love it if he decided that potty training was cool, and that popping his pants was bad. Vega is a doll, and is just as demanding for attention as her Mom is. :) All in all, I guess I can't really complain too much.

7. Sounds good!

Jack's still not potty trained. I'm going to move him into underwear with plastic covers pretty soon.
I don't want to send him to kindergarten in diapers, next year.

One of my long-time friends is being induced on Monday and she's having her first baby (a girl.) I am DYING to go see them. I'm pretty certain I will have baby envy (though that does not actually translate into a corresponding desire to be the parent of a newborn again!)

Good to hear you're staying sane in the midst of it all!

8. Sergio will use the bathroom...
...but we have to coax him. He'd still much rather just "warm" himself. It's about to become the focus of all of our efforts. My sister-in-law (My wifes twin sister) is having a baby soon- in 2 months. Sane? Barely!
