Two inches tall, really good custard and a great shortcrust pastry.

What the hell is with that? I mean really... other bread, you play with it it crumbles or whatever. It doesn't become dough again! And it doesn't smell or taste like bread either.

That always freaked me out as a kid... I remember I was afraid some day my dad would pack a lunch with that sort of bread.
