I suppose chocolate cookie crumbs work with the right cheesecake. I want to make one with crushed ginger snaps.

13. it depends, if it's the caramel chocolate topped one i use Nabisco famous wafers

and for plain or lemon i use Walker's shortbread cookies, i also used Nilla wafers before and that was pretty damn yummy.

Texas Sheet Cake. Made it yesterday for the DH for his birthday. Have lots left and I can sneak you a piece if he doesn't catch us. ;)
