update on my new bestest buddy -Jet (oops)

oops! meant to post this to the pic thread - but anyway - an update - things are going great with this little guy - he's a good, loving sweet little boy. and with a good diet and twice daily walks, his coat has gotten nice and soft and he's muscling up nicely.

doesn't seem interesred in toys; into naps and zipping around the house looking for god-knows-what!

4. nope. no word about Rocky. i fear the worst. but if he showed up i'd drive to NC tonite to get him.

i still miss him tons and feel responsible for what happened. :( Jet will be my redemption, i think.

5. Well, you know ......

I've had my Akita since she was 5 wks old and she's now 5. She's spoiled rotten & trained to a degree, except when she escapes out that door. She acts like she doesn't know me and will not mind me for anything. I've just been fortunate that she comes back when she's done with her adventure. So try not to blame yourself. But, I can imagine your feelings.

Anyway, concentrate on the now...and congratulations on the your new boy, Jet! :) He's adorable.
