How many times is that giant machine going to scrape the pavement

off right in front of my house???

It's kind of like a snowblower, but for pavement. It shoots the chomped-up pieces into a truck that slo-mos in front of it. Weird. They've been taking off layers of street every day at 8am for four consecutive days now. The street is almost 6 inches lower than it was - and the whole house shakes when the thing is in front.
