I set it up so that when I get a new email, my computer says "hello you good looking thing you..." (I think it's a Jerry Lee Lewis sound byte I got from somewhere).

My boss came by to ask me a question and just as he walked up to my desk, I got an email notification.

He's still laughing...

I've found, though that I get pretty tired of the wav files I use to do my computer sounds. For a while, I had Hal from 2001 say "I'm sorry Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that" every time the computer put up one of those error messages.

After a while, I was wishing I wasn't named Dave!
