It's snowing!!!111!!!! This is HUGH!!!11!
We really needed 6-12 inches tonight because the 12" we got on Tuesday wasn't enough to add to the 10+ we got the week before!!!11!

We're getting snow later tonight too but I won't get that much. I think we'll be getting anywhere from 4 to 8 inches in my area. Up north (NH & ME) they're getting a whole lot more.... ugh. I am now getting sick of this winter. It's snowed or rained here every other day, it seems. Hang in there and stay warm & dry. :hi:

headed for the bank and then the packie/liquor store and then the grocery store for snacks and went home! ;)

I'm in for the night and enjoying a beverage. ;) My son's on a date. Dinner and a movie.

Edited on Fri Feb-29-08 06:39 PM by tigereye
we live on a big hill and we always get more than down the hill. It's odd.

on edit, we in SW PA don't tend to get a lot of snow, just dribs and drabs of it, on and on and on...

7. I am in Saratoga County, NY,
We have just been slammed with ice and snow storms this year - compared to last year where we got our first big storm on Valentine's Day (18"). This winter, we have had a decent sized snowfall at least once a week (or so it seems) and sometimes more than once.
:nuke::nuke:

I am sooo ready for spring *sigh*

11. Maybe all this snow and rain will relieve the drought from last summer?
The ODD/EVEN day signs are still up in my town concerning conserving water.

13. I went through that two years ago in June!
My place had water actually pouring in from the tops of the windows inside my house!

I think it poured a tsunami of rain here for 18 days straight. It truly sucked!

It was like having a hurricane for 3 weeks!! I hope we are out of drought status this summer.
