Does anyone remember...

a blind and armless guitar player that played with his feet? I seem to remember him from Sesame Street late 70's early 80's. I want to say that his name was Valeri, but that's only a wild guess. I have been searching the internets like crazy! This has been driving me nuts all day and I wanted to get it out of my head before I go to bed.

I hope someone remembers this and confirms that I am not simply making things up in my head.
