AAARRRGHHHHHH! IT IS NOT "than HER" it is "than SHE" Because you finish the sentence as if you were adding the verb - the verb is implied - than SHE IS, not than HER IS.

FUCK! He's a senior political reporter on CNN. Many people do this, and it just grates on my nerves. I don't know the proper names for all the language constructions, probably couldn't even diagram a sentence anymore, but I *do* know it is not "than her / than him" because you don't say "Him is".

Sheesh

Anyone who says "than her" when a verb is implied, please stop.
