My nightmare of 15 years ago is staring at me via the TVs

Sixty Minutes. In my nightmare my grandson and I are on the banks of the Puyallup River with a square platform with a "gun" on it floating down the river doing its heat seeking thing. ! Mind you this dream occurred over 15 years agoIn the dream I understand this "gun" is heat seaking and destroying individuals. At the time I thought this was just a wierd thing my brain thought of and here it is!
They are saying this "ray gun" will prevent deaths and does not hurt the body is about at dumb as it can get...we know better...it can be used lethally.
