Newbie Appreciation Thread
In honor of NYer99 - who i miss on these boards everyday, and hope she comes back soon - I'd like to say welcome to all the Newbies.

Think for a second how tough it is for any Newbie right now trying to come on board. No matter what you say someone's going to object loudly, if not come right out and accuse you of being a freeper, plant, operative, troll.

Not everyone with 1 or 2 posts is trying to disrupt. It takes a very brave soul to try and join this group right now, so for those who are willing to step into the fying pan, welcome, and good luck!

If you want, post an intro in this thread and let us know who are!

While we are all different in so many ways, one thing we have in common is that each and every one of us was at one time a "newbie" on DU.
