As well as any medications we need. Duct taping yourself into the bathroom probably won't be necessary, but you never can tell, so stock up on tape and plastic sheeting to be sure.

Me, I plan on getting a good book, juice and cookies. When the melt-down comes they'll be vital, and if we manage to avoid it, they'll still be nice to have.
