crazy question (good one for private investigators) :o

here is another one of my crazy questions on trying to track someone down...

Does anyone have any realistic ideas on how to find out who lived in a certain apt#/address in a specific year? I am trying to figure out who lived at a certain address in 2001-2002. The only thing I've found online so far is being able to find out property history, but this is an apt. complex so it's only giving me info on the owner of the entire complex. The only other thing I can think of is to go to the library and get a local phone book from 2001-2002, hope they were listed, and look through the entire book for an ADDRESS. :crazy: So does anyone have any better ideas? Realistic and NOT sarcastic?
I know I saw someone in the Lounge is a private investigator, who was it? :o

but it's a specific apt# I need info on. I think all they can give info on is the owner of the entire complex.

This is where a good PI would bribe a low-level employee of the property managemnet company to getthem.

usually list by address, too. Our courthouse has one. Maybe yours does, too.

Utilities would have the name of the person paying lights, gas, cable, phone..

If so, that worries me that information is so easy to get on an individual.
