Nice. Nice brew!

Not much in the way of floral hops, this is all whoop-ass hops. DH Calls this an "East Coast IPA" in response to the now famous West Coast IPA's (which seem to all be from San Diego, CA.) It makes it's mark decidedly different, refusing to go the floral route, or the dank "tastes-like-fresh-pot" route. It is it's own Imperial IPA. Kind of like what The Velvet Underground were to the hippie rock of the day, this is to the West Coast IPA Scene.

1. dog fish is wonderful in all it's forms

I've never tried that one - I'm more a dark brew fan.

2. IPA's are the answer to the dark brew fan who'd like to try some of the lighter varieties.

I used to be a Stout man. Then I discovered the IPA - they may be 'Pale' but they are full of hops and alcohol.
