What cliche do you hate?

I can't stand it when people say "And oh by the way" when it's really not. And just the way they say it, with so much authority and attitude, grates on my nerves. If you have a thought at the last minute, it's fine. But, when you want to get in one last thing, just say "Additionally" or "One more point." I have a boss that does this and it makes me want to slap him :nuke:
