I have the flu. Ache all over, coughing, fever of 101, no energy. Has anyone had this this year? If you have how long does it last?

2. I had it for four days in January
It came on pretty suddenly, and then I didn't leave the apartment for four days. Fortunately, I had plenty of food, aspirin, herbal teas, vitamins, books, and DVDs.

Spicy foods and herbal teas are my cures of choice.
